The work is divided into six brooches, each composed of geometric natural stone elements placed on a silver plate. Each of the brooches corresponds to a letter of the word Europe; each represents a distinct, autonomous island that may share a common idea with the others. Europe is envisaged as a sort of archipelago, a plurality of individual elements cohabiting because inevitably separate.
